"Staff aren’t as helpful nor kind. You’d think with older people they’d be willing to kindly explain the problem but they just get frustrated and gives you attitude. The rooms weren’t getting cleaned well. Also, I got the room suitable for 4 people but this was very very crammed. Will not be staying here again. "

I'd recommend to someone who's looking for a simple but clean hotel room in Jamsil or a convenient location to Kangnam and Sungsu dong area. I'd book again! "
