"Fantastic location in centre of Spa, walking distance to all town amenities (but you’ll need a car if you’re visiting the nearby F1 circuit) Room 13 is large, bright & with elegance. The shower cubicle is tiny and the floor very slippy - not suitable for older guests or after too much wine….Breakfast is ok. Friendly staff. The parking entrance is very tight so if you’re in a big car be very careful. At the time of writing there are extensive road closures/new one-way signs for repairs in the town so google maps will not help you find the hotel much! Trial & error needed."

"Very nice hotel near the center of Spa. Clean, spacious rooms. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly staff. Speaks Dutch, English and French. They propose restaurants and day trips based on their own experience. The accommodation is worth the high score they get on several platforms."

"Een groot maar gezellig verblijf voor een familieweekend. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Wat het gezellig maakt is dat de wifi het heel slecht doet waardoor er zowaar weer eens gesprekken plaatsvinden tussen pubers en volwassenen. Aanrader dus!"

"The hotel was great, and the wellness area too. The walk to the city was a bit long, but I liked it, and having a car or a bike or a car would be easier of course. I liked the quiet surroundings, and the room was cool and clean."

"Fantastic house for a stay in Spa with your family or group of friends. Lots of bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals. The location is very quiet and the garden overlooks a field. It's a 20 minute walk into the town centre, and it's quite a hill on the way back."

"The location is close to the train station, about 20 minute walk or perfect for car travel. The funicular to the Thermes is within walking distance of the unit along with stores and restaurants. Unit was quite comfortable with a pellet stove for warmth. Spa was a great place to visit. We would love to stay there again and explore even more. "
