"Do not judge a book by its cover. Inside is a thing of beauty completely unexpected . Tile work , courtyard pool, multiple seating area. Breakfast is greshly made. No buffett. Be prepared to wait but is worth it. This establishment is probably not suitable for Americans as they are always in a hurry and will not appreciate its beauty."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way). The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience."

"Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was great, everything was pristinely clean and the room was beautiful. We were sad to leave! The Riad is on the edge of the medina which means it is quiet, but it is worth contacting the Riad when you first arrive, especially if it’s night time, to meet you at the nearest gate. They’re very happy to help! "

"I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"
