"I would recommend this motel for the budget minded cruiser. It is clean and sufficient for our needs. Staff were super helpful and nice and friendly. Check in was easy. There are plenty of restaurants nearby within an easy walk. Not too far to walk to the harbor. The motel staff can order a car or van to shuttle you to the terminal for $11 per vehicle. The rooms are a bit outdated, but a great price for LA, and was clean and comfy. Room had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. The free drink was a zero alcohol Heineken, so, bring your own alcohol if you need it. There is a grocery nearby with cold beer. Plenty of liquor stores around, too."

"This is a go to hotel when taking cruise ships out of the Port of Los Angeles. Clean and close by the cruise ship terminals. "

"Rented three rooms for our family. Two 2-bed rooms were okay (relatively cheap but clean, adequate for night), the third 1-bed room was barely adequate, very sparsely furnished, but clean. The whole building was very old, in need of a lot of maintenance, the staff was responsive when asked for something, but not very communicative overall. Stay somewhere else if you can. HOWEVER, the restaurant in front of the hotel, Think Prime, was great, with a great happy hour and food."
