"Disappointed to have to pay £7 for someone to drop us to hotel We booked at the hotel and we assumed we’d avoid parking / drop off fees "

"Excellent place to stay for a night if you arrive from the airport late or have to leave early in the morning. There is a shuttle bus for about £8 for a return ticket or £4.50’ish for one way. You can pay with your credit card on the bus. Shuttle pick up and drop of location was sent by e mail when I booked . Staff were friendly and courteous. I would return for sure. "

"The staff, especially Kat, were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism would be that in order to take advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby, you had to get a mug from your room first. Being on the 6th floor, this was a bit of a pain."
