"Lovely property with a great location, a 5 minute drive from Leeds Castle! Very friendly host and accompanying doggie! Both properties also had great wood burner hot tubs which were fantastic."

Brilliant hotel stay with a unique charm unlike larger chains. Compact, stylish bedroom with nice extra touches like freshly baked biscuits in a jar, nice tea selection and great quality soaps/shampoos in the bathroom. Breakfast menu is cooked to order, making it fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My wife and I were in Tunbridge Wells to visit old friends from New Zealand. We spent an afternoon in the SPA garden as it was a beautiful day. The following day we visited Canterbury which was on our bucket list for many years. We had a great visit and we would certainly stay at the SPA again.

Needed a place for one night for a family of 4 (2 young children). Owners were great, arranged airport tranfers and place was beautiful. Had a restful night and great breakfast the next morning. Highly recommended.
