Een ontzettend leuk hotel-restaurant met een hele aardige eigenaar die tevens de kok was. We kwamen erg laat aan toen de keuken al gesloten was, maar konden alsnog heerlijk eten bestellen. Ontbijt was prima en heerlijke koffie.

C’est une honte!

Nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre qui était envahi de moucherons, c’était terrible, je pense que des œufs ont éclos et en allumant la lumière, ils sont sortis de partout. Le cuisinier qui fait aussi les chambres, qui fait aussi la réception et qui se ballade dans l’hôtel avec son PIT BULL a dit que c’était moi qui les attirait car la fenêtre était mal fermée. Nous avons changé de chambre , une toute petite alors que j’avais payé POUR UNE GRANDE CHAMBRE DE DEUX PERSONNES .Nous n’avons pas été remboursé de la différence. Ensuite, aucune chambre climatisée ni même de VENTILATEUR pas de réfrigérateur et croyez moi il faisait très chaud. Bien entendu avec cette chaleur nous n’avons pas dormi. Ils nous ont même pas offert un café ni d’excuse pour ces désagréments. J’aimerai être dédommagé et je n’utiliserai plus HÔTEL.COM car les hôtels que vous proposez , en tout cas LE FLORENTIN est tout à fait déplorable !

très beau séjour

Une petite pépite pour ma part , l'équipe fait le maximum pour que vous vous sentiez bien , petit déjeuner avec du pain frais croustillant , l'hôtel et ma chambre étaient propres au calme, la literie parfaite pour le repos, le gros plus est le restaurant ou les plats "maisons" sont remarquables de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert merci à toute l'équipe et à bientôt j'espère.

Venu en déplacement professionnel. Accueil simple, rapide. Chambre fonctionnelle, sans chichi de déco. Repas excellent, très peu d'attente, qui plus est agrémenté de feuilletés apéro avec un peu de charcuterie, non prévu dans le menu. Serveuse aux petits soins. Bonne expérience

Séjour d'une nuit : Très bon séjour, très bien accueillis un patron très disponible, la chambre simple mais propre et très calme. Repas pris au restaurant le soir de notre arrivée repas délicieux avec des mets de choix et superbement cuisinés un service parfait. Le lendemain matin le petit-déjeuner parfait.

Petit hôtel 2*

Petit hôtel 2 étoiles d'une petite commune de Picardie. Le service n'a pas été réactif : 10 min dehors sous la tempête pour qu'enfin quelqu'un m'ouvre les portes de l'hôtel à mon arrivée (j'avais prévenu précisément, tout était ok au téléphone), le matin, re-10 min d'attente pour le petit-déjeuner, la même personne a fait un A/R à la boulangerie pour aller y acheter une baguette, pas d'édition de facture autre qu'un ticket de caisse... Bref, du cafouillage, un peu d'amateurisme, malgré une volonté de bien faire... Chambre correcte, mais toute petite TV perchée très haut, et coin sdb-WC-douche très petit, sans étagère ou rangement, façon cabine plastique des années 80. Petit-déjeuner correct mais ne pas s'attendre à de l'extra ! Je place un yaourt nature dans l'extra... Mais on a le droit à une pomme et un verre de jus d'orange pressée ! Le restaurant semble très correct, mais je ne l'ai pas testé. Bref, une adresse simple, au rapport qualité-prix correct, pour un court séjour sans rien d'exhaustif !
