Split into two apartments (Volovec & Gemer) this historic town center property in the gateway to Slovak Paradise offers a perfect family retreat. Apartment Volovec is apprised of a master bedroom, two further double bedrooms an office convertible to a further bedroom and two full bathrooms and a half bath. There is a sitting room with three seater sofa bed, outdoor private terrace with seating for eight, kitchen and breakfast area. The pool, off-street parking and bbq house are shared with a second apartment on the property. The garden is filled with fruit trees and terraced landscaping. You will find the historic town square of Roznava with many restaurants 1,000 ft from the property. The property is situated on the famous gothic route of castles and churches. Within 10 minute drive of the house are Krasna Horka Castle (circa 1333) and the Andrassy hunting estate and formal gardens at the Betliar Manor House. Nearby are many pleasant walks with the more challenging Slovak Paradise mountain hikes within 30 minutes of the property.
