Roztoky u Jilemnice Holidays

Lovely big apartment. Great area. Easy walking to most places. Also plenty of trams. Needed earplugs as busy road outside. Check in wasn't good. Was sent no information. Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.

Everyone in this hotel is extremely friendly professional, great staff, excellent high customers services. The ambiance in general in this property is top of the line , the restaurant, the food ,the space on the library for remote work or reading It was incredible experience The wellness area is also full equipped and functional. Such a gem of a hotel! Modern amenities in a great locations. AC worked great and rooms were very comfortable.

The service was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, with a comfortable bed, complimentary in-room coffee, tea and water was provided. My room faced an interior “courtyard” and was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options provided. Location, It’s about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, convenient and a lovely walk from the other side of the river toward the Charles Bridge.
