"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing vacation find. The location could not have been more perfect. 10minutes from our favorite vineyards, 10 minutes to "town" for grocery runs, gas, and restaurants. On the foothills of the redwoods this stays was beyond incredible and relaxing. Courteous neighbors, quiet solitude, and the rental was clean and cozy. I enjoyed spending the mornings relaxing on the patio under the serene trees and birdsong, and evenings by the fireplace or in the hot tub. Looking forward to booking again on our next trip to wine country :)"

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The house, the grounds, are gorgeous. Located in excellent spot, close to everything. My only recommendation would be to swap the beds. The metal frame in the bedroom is noisy, and uncomfortable to sleep on. The larger bed in the other bedroom is much more comfortable, however, located in a very unusual spot, making sleeping in either bedroom a little challenging."

"Such an awesome spot in wine country. Super close to Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and other great towns, and Forestville itself is really cool. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re out here wine tasting. Very dog friendly as well.Check-in was super easy, and the place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Great kitchen and rooms, plus a ton of really nice outdoor deck space to hang out. They also had an outdoor outlet near the driveway so we could charge our EV.The downstairs area was such a fun bonus, they’ve got float/raft supplies if you’re heading to the river, plus a Nintendo Switch and even an N64, which was a great throwback.Would 100% stay here again!"

"This was one of the best rentals we have done. The place had one of the best equipped kitchens of any rental we have done. There were plenty of games an onsite activities, perfect for the rainy weather we had. And the backyard was huge!!The location is minutes from great places to visit, such as Korbel, downtown Guerneville, and the Armstrong Redwoods State Park. It was a perfectly balanced stay for our spring break. We had one small issue and had to call property management and they came out within minutes to take a look. Easy, peasy!"
