"The hotel is not bad. It’s low budget so keep that in mind. The rooms are fairly clean, but they could definitely put more effort into keeping the property cleaner. The real problem at this hotel is the service from the front desk. They will shut down the front desk at random unspecified times. So if you’re having issues getting into your room or you’re checking in, be prepared to wait for at least an hour for someone to come help you and don’t bother calling the phone number because no one will answer the phone. There will be no one there to help you."

"Rooms were clean and staff was good. Bed was comfortable. I thought the continental breakfast was top-tier. Plenty of options and the kitchen staff made sure the coffee was always refilled. My only issue was my room key kept demagnetizing causing me to have to go to the front desk to get it recalibrated four times and we were only there for one night. Other than that, it was a great stay!"

"At first it seemed clean. Check in wasn’t overly friendly. We called down for extra towels and blankets, service not available for single night stay. The pool is freezing and they don’t keep towels stocked. All that I could overlook until breakfast. We found the largest cockroach I’ve ever seen under our breakfast table. No thank you!"

"This is one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long long time anywhere. Excellent staff. Excellent venue. Clean. New. Easy access to everything. Quick check in. Easy parking. The room was spacious. The shower was exactly like I like it, no curtain, step in without a bath tub, just glass and wide. It is easily one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in the Bay Area and even internationally."
