Overall this property was mostly good. The location is perfect. The beds and rooms were tidy and equipped with everything you would expect from any respectable hotel. The view from the windows were spectacular. The breakfast was very thorough. And the gym was a nice touch. The only issue was the air conditioning which was just not to the standard one would expect for the price and of a hotel of this standard. In fairness we stayed during the hottest part of the year and it got to 37 degrees celsius. However, even on the "cooler" days the air con was ineffective only blowing a mere draft not even a cool one just some air into the room. This detracted from what would have been an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall if you're not staying during summer I would recommend but if during summer seek alternatives.

The room was very nicely appointed. The staff were kind and accomodating, especially Sarah at the front desk who was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

Cannot beat the location

Great accommodation. Very central and within easy walking distance to many tourist spots.

Location was perfect! Staff were great. Thought of all the little things. This is the only place we will stay in Vienna. Huge thank you!
