Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The hotel wasn’t acting like a 5* hotel. The facilities are good but the staff was extremely rude and incompetent. We were welcomed with no toilet paper in our room (like none) and no hair conditioner. The biggest shock for me was the receptionist who supposed to receive a package which I phoned ...
