"Worst hotel experience in my lifetime. A faulty plumbing issue with the shower in my hotel room on my first night caused me to be scalded with extremely hot water. I was unable to use the shower on my second night."

The location is good as it is not far from the main train station, tourist sites and there are some nice cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all interactions. Would stay here again if I return to Montreal."

"Love the location, we were able to walk around in the evenings and find a nice restaurant. The staff were friendly. The morning buffet was enough to keep us going, and the bagels were fantastic. Really enjoyed the full kitchen as well."

"This property is nice, though the air conditioning is not working. While the weather is cold, I still find it sometimes necessary. Unfortunately, this hotel does not offer air conditioning during this time. Otherwise, our family enjoyed the breakfasts and swimming ."

"Breakfast was fresh but way too slow, and with reservation we waited almost an hour for a table. The staff in the restaurant does not refresh coffee or water or ask if we need anything. We had to try hard to get their attention. "
