"Nice quiet room"

"Comfortable bedding, cozy, and clean. I was able to check in early as my room was available so that was a plus. Great location very walkable. Would recommend and stay here again. "

"Bold Hotel Frankfurt is a very well renovated apart-style hotel located in the suburbs 5 minutes away from an S-bahn and tram system. The single studio that I stayed it was absolutely excellent as it came with a very modern design and quite spacious, coming with an extra bonus of the studio kitchen. (the pictures actually don't do it justice, the room was bigger than my student accommodations!) One big gripe one would argue is the lack of air conditioning, which might be a must in the summer...

"Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. As people kept checking in throughout...

"This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” "

"This is an excellent location with really nice apartments! There is so much within walking distance and its right next to the main train station. Plus they were prompt to help when we made requests. However, we did have a couple issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. First, the self check-in is great! But is behind a locked door... They should provide customers with a code to get through the door. Our phones couldn't make calls. We got lucky that someone already staying there was...

"Wir waren sehr begeistert von unserem Apartment. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen (gemütliches großes Bett, TV, Küche, schönes Bad) und gleichzeitig war das Zimmer super stylisch eingerichtet. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Super fanden wir auch, dass wir direkt kostenlos an der Straße parken konnten, während man bei anderen Hotels in der Stadt mindestens 15€ für eine Nacht bezahlt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hat uns direkt Tipps gegeben."

"The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus."

"Convenient location for a lot of the attractions. The remote check in was chaotic and not easy. Had the hotel been transparent with the information they needed upfront it would have made our lifes easier. We had to do the remote check in with patchy wifi and without a computer. That was a real problem and the people we dealt with were not accommodating. Next time we will stay somewhere else."
