"The whole experience was exceptional. This is the biggest hotel I've stayed in. The bar was very cosy and the walls are covered in motorsport memorablia which was really cool. Food and drink were top notch. Room was spacious and comfortable and to finish, walking around the grounds, especially as the Silverstone racetrack is nearby was very enjoyable..."

"Big thumbs up for the Village Hotel! 🙌 A huge thank you to Olivia on reception, who went above and beyond to help me during a really stressful situation. The office had booked me in for the wrong day, and to make things worse, the hire van I was driving had a faulty key — with my locked phone still inside! Olivia didn’t hesitate to step in. She used her personal phone to help search for a solution, and thanks to her calm and proactive attitude, we managed to get it sorted. She was absolutely brilliant — a real asset to the Village team! Also want to give a shoutout to the night staff, who were really helpful and friendly too. Thanks again to everyone — you turned a stressful situation into a great customer experience. 👏"
