BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES - price I paid on Expedia said the base rate was for 2 people. I originally booked 1 person but since the price covered 2, I brought someone with me. I told the B&B that there would’ve 2 of us a few weeks before the trip. No response. Tren when we arrived - SURPRISE! 126 Euros were added to the price due to the second person. 46 Euros for the “free breakfast” and another 80 Euros for all of the extra electricity an extra person would use. We didn’t even eat the breakfast 3 out of 6 days due to our travel schedule but the property refused to budge on the extra and undisclosed fees. Nice property and Marcelo was great, but they did a bit of a bait and switch on me.

Very helpful for my personal needs looking for medical help, also good choices for breakfast - local specialities and good variety of fresh fruit and choice of coffees

This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room assignment and helped us switch to a different room. He also provided suggestions about restaurants, helped us arrange shuttle to airport etc. We highly recommend this B & B to anyone who plan to visit Palermo!
