Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking and biking trails. Just minutes away, explore the charming village shops and restaurants of Ruidoso. Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The open concept living area is perfect for relaxing, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a gas log fireplace. There is also central heat, a washer & dryer, WiFi, a workstation and a private patio with propane grill. You will often see elk, deer, and wild horses roaming the grounds! As our guests you will have access to all of the amenities at Innsbrook Village. A 9-hole par 3 golf course, tennis, pickleball, fishing, basketball and a seasonal pool. There is no additional charge for the use of the amenities!
