The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back.

We called room service 4 times at 9.30PM, concierge 4 times, front desk 4 times and the main hotel line 4 times with no response.
