"A very responsive host. When we arrived with tired kids it turned out there had been an error and the cleaners had not come to clean the property after the last guests left. Gladys immediately sent them at 8pm at night on a Friday and they were quick and courteous. They came back the next day while we were out to finish cleaning with all the loud tools they didn't use while the kids were sleeping. While of course we'd have preferred a clean house when we arrived, I am really impressed with the speed and professionalism of the host to fix an issue, and we all recognize these mistakes can happen, its more about how the issue is resolved. "
