"Receptionist was awful. Checkin started at 3pm, I arrived at 3:15pm. Found the office closed. Note on door stated to wait 30 minutes. I did, nobody showed up. I called. They stated I could either wait 20 minutes for them to come to the hotel, or I could retrieve my key and sign the papers later. ..."
