(Had it due to past poor experiences with Hotels.com admin) Receptionist had no notice of booking. Despite written conformation that account was fully paid tried for extra payment. Instead of helping client tried to put blame on Hotels.com. Same with owner next morning. Breakfast which was paid for not availability."

"We enjoyed our stay the place is beautiful pity i was a bit dissapointed with the cleanliness of our room on our arrival and the blocked drain.our room didnt have the microwave as per the advertisement,but overall beautiful place ,staff is very friendly. "

"Room was not up to a decent standard, there was a conference taking place, dining room was packed, no space for my daughter and myself and food was cold due to the amount of people. I will not go there again."
