"Property was clean, staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. The electrical outlets next to the bed were loose (as in, the connection not the entire outlet) but I found good ones so no big deal. Overall, I'd stay here again and the sports bar, which is pretty much on property, was delicious."

"The rental property was very clean, comfortable for 2 and located in a great area with many restaurants and attractions. It had a full kitchen and accessories for cooking in. The bed was very comfortable. Only one item to add would be a small table in front of the couch. We tried to use the ottoman but was not flat enough and sturdy to hold beverages safely but we made do. Other than that, we were pleased and had a great time in Rhode Island. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"This hotel is very well kept, it’s always clean and the (front) staff is always pleasant but as for management … DO BETTER. Me and my husband had stayed for one night and due to checking in later in the evening we had a very late dinner. I had taken back my entire meal and placed it in the mini fridge. The next morning we left our room to jump in the pool and when returning to our room before checking out for our stuff the meal was gone. When my husband asked if they had seen it they repeatedly said “there was no food” as if we were imagining leaving an ENTIRE meal in the fridge. Honestly I would have rather heard “Sorry, it got tossed while cleaning…” (which shouldn’t have happened before 10am or us even had checked out yet) so when bringing our concern to the front desk the very kind woman apologized and mentions … this isn’t the first time someone has complained about this and when calling the manager again they repeated “There was no food was left behind”, which blows my mind because it wasn’t just a few bites it was an entire meal !!!! I’m not trying to sound like “a customer is always right” but the least they could have done was APOLOGIZE. Nothing about we will check the cameras NOTHING but brushing us off with “They will call us back, but it might be awhile due to booking online through a third party” …. Like seriously how hard is it to APOLOGIZE? Like come on, Do better !!"

"Extremely disappointed with the stay and couldn't wait to get out of there. The "New" mattress had a blown out side and half the bed was sunk. I had to sleep on the couch, which was horrible but not as bad as the bed, to give my back a rest. The furniture was 20 years past it's life and was very uncomfortable to sit in. None of the bedroom doors shut or lock. The dresser draw fell apart when opened. In order to get into bed you had to crawl over the one side to get to the other side, no room between wall and bed (see pic). Overall would not recommend and was very unhappy."
