Welcome to Stillwater.House - a custom built Airbnb. Our premier luxury home is situated overlooking a picturesque running river and 92 acre pond. Built in 2020, this beautiful 2,600 sq ft, five bedroom, four bath home boasts breathtaking views, nestled in the picturesque Georgiaville Village. Enjoy the views on TWO decks with plenty of outdoor seating, couches and a brand new gas grill!
The space
Every aspect of this home is unique and designed for your utmost comfort while enjoying the views of the flowing river, 92 acre pond, and woods of Stillwater Preserve.

A short walk from the home, a small walking bridge leads to Georgiaville Beach, a prime location for swimming, fishing and boating activities. The beach offers amazing views of pine-covered islands in the pond and an inviting walk along a high earthen dam that ends at a spillway and a scenic gorge that abuts to the back of the home. Truly, a one of a kind destination!

Running River Retreat is a perfect four-season setting for nightly getaways, group gatherings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and workshops.

Clean and expansive, this stunning 5 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 people in 5 private bedrooms with two additional futons.

BEDROOM 1
/- Master bedroom on the 1st floor with a queen bed, private full bath, and brand new washer and dryer.

BEDROOM 2
/- Ground floor private bedroom with a double bed, futon, ample closet space, and water views. Full bathroom, and 2nd washer and dryer are also located on the ground floor, along with a private patio overlooking the water.

BEDROOM 3
/-Ground floor private bedroom with a double bed, ample closet space, desk, and water views.

BEDROOM 4
/-Ground flood private bedroom with a double bed, ample closet space, and lush woods view.

BEDROOM 5
/- Second floor massive private bedroom with a queen bed, flatscreen TV, futon, two dressers, full private bathroom, office and play space on an attached suite.


This home is suitable for children. On request we will provide a pack-n-play, baby shampoo, high chair, and various toys including bath toys. Please let us know in advance if you need any of these items.

Pets are allowed with permission from your host and must be crated when left alone. There is a $150 non-refundable fee per pet.

Please be aware of the extra guest fee. After 5 guests the fee is $70 per person per day, regardless if they are sleeping over. Children under 2 are free.

Beautiful new luxury home in Rhode Island

Everything was great and w me highly recommend this property. We hope to come back to visit family again and stay at this home. Layout is perfect for families with kids of all ages. We have rented 4 homes now and this was by far the best!! Excellent management and the place is super new and clean!!

Wonderful Home!

What a fantastic stay. The house is immaculate and so new and fresh. Everything about it is comfortable, I would have loved to have just moved in. The property is beautiful and you're a short walk to the lake. I have only good things to say.

Great Home With Amazing Pond

We are from the Midwest and were in Rhode Island to tour colleges. We treated the trip as a mini-vacation. The house is spacious with three levels. It was very clean when we arrived and the manager was very easy to reach if we had any questions. Amazing views and hiking. Very modern and cozy. 15 minutes to downtown Providence and 45 minutes to Bristol, RI. Residential area but there is a good restaurant just three minutes from the house as well. We went early Spring but I imagine the pond would be amazing for children in the summer. The house is stocked with toys and equipment to use at the pond. Highly recommend.

Large and Immaculate and it allows pets

The house interior is immaculate and was recently redone in a spacious, contemporary style. Everyone's reaction was "wow this is really nice." The beds are new and comfortable. Towels were plentiful. The kitchen has a large island. The knives were sharp which is a novelty in a rental. There were enough pots and pans but we could have used a few more plates, drinking and wine glasses. The second fridge in the garage which was most welcome. From the kitchen you step onto a nice deck with a grill, outside the ground floor there’s a fire pit. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy weather so weren’t able to enjoy them. The house is in a residential neighborhood and sits on a wooded lot that drops to the outlet of a mill pond dam. There is no yard where you can throw the kids out of the house. But, it’s a short drive to Georgiaville Pond Beach where the kids ran around and we walked the dam. We also saw some trails into the woods, but we didn’t explore those. Inside, the host provides lots of kid friendly games and books. Boredom was not an issue. Finally, bonus points for being pet friendly, the dog probably had more fun than the humans.

Perfect location

The house was a perfect home base for an event at Bryant University, which is less than 10 minutes away. The house was spacious and as beautiful as the pictures show. We highly recommend!

Great for big groups

This house was great for our reunion. The layout worked well with bedrooms downstairs, a large kitchen and living space for group hangout time, outdoor spaces on the deck and firepit, and the master upstairs had plenty of room for a family (parents and kids). We didn't have any little kids on this trip but the house is outfitted with supplies and toys for little ones. Very clean and well maintained house.

Welcoming Home

My party consist of 8 adults, the home is very spacious and welcoming. More than enough space to accommodate10 adults. The pond and creek behind the home is peaceful and soothing, most of all the sound of the water. Property is definitely inviting. I would definitely stay again. For future visitors, the entrance to the pond is on Whipple St.

Very nice property Only suggestion would be in kichen.no measuring cups , mixer and dish drying rack next to sink. Am a cook and those cheap simple Things make a big deal. Minor but your stuck when you dont have it. A couple doesnt always use dishwasher . A rack would be handy__ I

It’s pretty satisfactory

I really did enjoy my stay at the house and the location. kept to the house rule.. Although I was super happy with the extra charge that was waive, as I didn’t know. I was not happy with cleanliness, as I found feces under two toilet seats. The guest toilet and the top floor bathrooms. And I felt a little harassed, after I mentioned I was not having a party. I was still being questioned. Also, The room next to the kitchen can use a new mattress. Very discomforting A bit of up and down. All in all, Thanks.
