"I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel room. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The floors and surfaces were dirty, and there was visible mold, which is completely unacceptable and concerning for health reasons. The bathroom tile was broken, creating both an eyesore and a potential safety hazard. On top of that, there was a hole in the ceiling from leaking, which made the entire room feel neglected and poorly maintained. Overall, the condition of the room did not match even basic expectations for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."

"The staff was amazing, everything was nice and clean but I could hear every movement from the people above, below and in the hall. A little more soundproofing and this hotel would be perfect."

"The room was very clean and had everything that was needed on my visit. My only complaint was the microwave on top of the refrigerator! There was a step stool but I wasn't comfortable having to use it to use the microwave (especially being 76 years old). I was afraid of falling."
