The Queen at Chester Hotel - Handwritten Collection

8/10 Good

"Over very good, the rooms could do with modernisation, showing signs of being well used a getting dated, but in general it is a nice experience for the cost, we found the parking easy this time but we have struggled when busy, for a large older style hotel, it is kept very nice. We have stayed at this hotel a few times now, when it’s busy standards don’t drop but it can be a bit louder in general"

Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely first class in every way. Easily 5*. Had a very enjoyable time. So clean and tastefully decorated in all areas. staff are lovely and helpful, food is fabulous, beautiful grounds. One tiny gripe would be there needs to be more than 5 seats at the poolside - then it would be perfect"

IXORA Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent

"We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was modern, clean and well maintained throughout. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was very good, with breakfast being a particular highlight, offering plenty of choice and quality. Overall, a great experience and somewhere we would happily recommend and return to."

Ruthin Castle Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"A really nice property and an awesome castle. positives: clean and spacious rooms, great staff, great onsite restaurant and pub, very convenient for walking into town, ample parking, great historic ambiance. negative: some remote sections of the castle interior could use a bit of touch-up. My sons loved it, as did I."

3 Bedroom Caravan - Sleeps 6, Pool & Garden

10/10 Excellent

"We had a brilliant stay. Kids loved the caravan. Beds are slightly uncomfortable but to be expected in a caravan and no toilet roll provided. Facilities in the park are great. The swimming pool has some great slides (you do have to pay for swimming but definitely worth it), kids loved the evening disco and there is a free train ride going round the park which was nice. Overall a lovely stay thankyou! It does say 7 minutes walk to Prestatyn beach but the main bit was actually over 55 minutes on Google but a short 10 minute drive"
