"Positive things: room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast food was good and a nice selection. Disappointed things: No Hot tub as posted. The indoor pool is heated and has an area that blows bubbles. Kids are jumping and splashing in the pool which is fine, but it’s hard to relax in the “spa pool”. Wanted a Hot Tub to relax in. Also room was very loud, road noise was present and didn’t slow down at night. Room had black out curtains but was still bright as day. Lots of lights in the parking lot and kept the whole room lit up. Booked the room bc it was pet friendly and had a hot tub. Great with pets but probably won’t be back. "

"Evening staff was amazing. The lobby was really nice and smelt amazing. As you make your way through the hotel you start to see some issues. The carpet through the hallways was starting to come up. The flooring in the elevator looked horrible because it was ripped all over and they tried to cover it with a rug. There was mold around the shower in the room. The plug ins were coming out of the walls and half of them did not work. The safety lock on the doors were sketchy and did not seem too safe. Breakfast was mediocre but the coffee was decent. Not a horrible place to stay but will try to find something different next time. "

"Our 4th time traveling to the resort. Always a good experience from check in to check out. The Camp Social Food Hall was particularly accommodating and friendly."

"The 1st room we got had used cigarette butts in the mattress, chewed gum stuck to a pillow and urine stains on the sheets. We spoke to the front desk who gave us a second room. This room also had urine stained sheets. At this point the manager came to the room and advised there was nothing he could do, we'd have to find a new hotel as there was nothing he could do, he had no more rooms. After explaining we drove almost 10 hrs during spring break there and some back and forth, he agreed to change both beds himself and he did. However this was a very unprofessional way to start our trip and disappointing we had to debate with him."

"It isn’t fancy, but it is clean. Beds decent, and there was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Absolutely adequate for an overnight pit stop with pets."

"We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is always very friendly. We like it because it is a good value and right off of the highway that we travel. You would want to ask for a room that’s on the opposite side of the highway to avoid hearing the noise if you’re a light sleeper. "
