"Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht. Vermieter kümmerte sich sofort. Spüler wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Da auf ein anderes Heizsystem (Wärmepumpe) umgestellt wurde, war das Badezimmer sehr kalt. Wir würden trotzdem wieder buchen, denn es ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem super netten Vermieter und gut gelegen."

"Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Straßenbahn, somit optimal für Ausflüge ohne das Auto. Es war alles da was man braucht, die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub."

"We hebben genoten van een lang weekend in het mooie huis in Berchem. De buitenkant laat misschien anders vermoeden, maar het is een gezellig huis dat met zorg is ingericht. De communicatie met Vicky verliep vlekkeloos en alles was geregeld volgens afspraak. Openbaar vervoer is dichtbij aanwezig, evenals een parkeergarage. Wat onze vriendengroep betreft zeker een aanrader!"

"This was perfect for our family of four, although it can hold more people easily. So close to the action and so many restaurants, yet so quiet too. And the ambience of this property just fit right in with experiencing the local culture. Host was very responsive and flexible. We stayed from Sunday night to Saturday. On our particular Sunday, there was a nearby bar that was playing some music pretty loud but only until about 9:00, then it was quiet. There was no other music the rest of the week,...

"Host was very accommodating and responds quickly. The space was clean and modern and quiet at night. Note that if you have anything larger than carry on suitcase, it may not fit up the stairs well. This is a 3rd floor suite so lots of stairs."

"I booked my stay well in advance of my trip. I ended up needing to add a few days and contacted the lister. They never got in contact with me after a month, I figured because it was still months away they were just busy, so I cancelled and rebooked with the updated dates. I arrive in Amsterdam after an 11hr flight and am about to board a 1hr train into Antwerp to find my listing cancelled. "It had water damage from over a year ago and still under repairs." "Place was advertised as a whole house with 2 double beds, in the end it was only 1 room with one double bed, a shared livingroom/kitchen and bathroom. But the owners were understanding and gave us a different room as we couldn't sleep in the Same bed. It was clean and the location wasn't loud at all. Stairs were a bit small, but doable. Parking is on the road infront of the house, sometimes you get lucky and can park close, but most of the times you have to walk a minute. For check in you have...

"Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil."

"The photos show the accuracy of the home with the exception of the NARROW staircases. Anyone with a mobility issue will not be able to stay in this home without issues. We had multiple heavy large suitcases and rather than unpack and attempt to climb MULTIPLE levels of staircases multiple times for arrival and departure, we decided to lose our money on this rental and we got hotel rooms at the Hyllit instead. If you are really healthy, don’t have lots of luggage and don’t mind many steps to get...

"The location is excellent, just a 5 mins walk to the central train station and shopping district. Staff are friendly and polite. However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. Informed the staff and they cannot solve the problem, so left us with no entertainment at all throughout our stay for the next 4 days. "
