"We booked a Villa and thought it would nicer than a standard room. The floors where dirty and the floor tiles where broken. It had a mini kitchen and fridge with no utensils to use the kitchen for anything. Would not recommend."

"Breakfast was ok. Very short staffed ...waiting for a front desk person for about an hour for check-out, very rude person when he finally arrived. They now charge for parking! I am a member- Very disappointing "

"Very nice and clean hotel with an excellent location. Office staff was very friendly upon arrival. Later in the room it was difficult and I could not turn on the TV as it took two remotes that I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to come on. Then the air conditioning was set at 75 and there was a controller on the wall that didn't work. Upon calling the office the next day and tell him staff they told me they were sorry. Then called back and said that the air conditioning works fine and that the controller was inside the closet, which I had no idea that I should look inside the closet. They also said that the TV worked and they went there and got it to come on but it took both remotes to do it. It was a one-night stay for business and other than the air conditioning and television, the air conditioning being the most important, it was very nice. I felt a discount or a discount in the future would be appropriate. However, none was offered. I do come to the area two or three times a month and would love to stay at that hotel again."

"Check in was super easy. We had a pool view room with king size bed. Our room had a great view and our stay was very comfortable. Really nice clean hotel. "

"We had a wonderful greeting and Ami was super friendly and very helpful. The pool is lovely and there are chairs and inflatables you can take to the beach to borrow. The room was a good size and good facilities. Air con very good. Parking easy to access and was appreciated. We would stay again for sure. The only thing we didn’t like was the people sat right outside our room door and window smoking causing our room to smell of cigarette smoke."
