"A typical 'love' hotel that actually would need some love. I found 'stains' pretty much everywhere I looked. Dirty sink too. Sticky. Pretty much unacceptable. Only positive thing was the Japanese toilet seat. "
"They offered a variety of noodles and bread as well as offering cereal for breakfast options. They also had vending machines for coffee and snacks in the lounge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially being a foreigner it was easy to check in and out and the room was very spacious and provided many amenities. I'm grateful I was able to stay at this hotel for a week. "

"Great hotel, very clean and with easy access to all terminals via a complementary shuttle. It has a convenience shop downstairs which is very helpful in terms of getting food or other travel related accessories. Highly recommended!"
"It’s our second time staying at ENA. We had a great stay last time so we chose to stay here again. The front desk always greets you with a smile. There are two washer and dryers if you wanna do your laundry. Namdaemun is a convenient area for sightseeing so location is excellent. We like ENA! "
"Our experience of Sotetsu Splaisir was very good, although the rooms felt a bit small for a family of 4. Good choice of food for breakfast although opening time of 7am feels a bit late especially considering that tours start at 07h30. The hotel is close to major attractions, centrally located and close to many eateries. Easy to catch the airport bus from there. "
"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Incheon for 3 days. The staff is amazing and helpful. When my daughter needed a Dr appointment because she hurt her leg after coming back from Japan, the concierge scheduled a Clinic for us and got us a cab. Amazing service. I used the spa services and it is wonderful. Clean and quiet so relaxing. The people who worked with luggage would call a cab for us when needed and explained how to get around. The room we had is so clean and so comfortable. The room service is perfect and the restaurants are the best. We had the best experience at the Grand Hyatt. "
