SPACE SHACK Coworking

The hotel's location couldn't be better, close to Gendarmenmarkt, Museum Island, Potsdamer Platz, shopping, public transportation, and a wide variety of restaurants. Rooms are reasonably large and comfortable, though the mannered chairs take up way too much space and should be replaced. Desk staff could be more welcoming but the women on the restaurant staff are wonderfully friendly and there is a good, though pricey, breakfast buffet. The bar offers cocktails at a discount on weekdays. The laundry service is poor to the point of being unusable, charging double on weekends and for pickups even one minute after the stated 9 am guest delivery time. For longer stays a self-service laundromat is the only option.

Lovely spacious suite with balcony, great amenities, friendly & efficient staff.

Place was nice. 2 issues that keeps me from giving a higher score: 1. Breakfast was supposed to be included yet I was charged for it each day. 2. The shower in the bathroom was an open shower, no partition or curtain and water goes everywhere.
