"客室はとても清潔で快適に過ごすことができ、大変満足しています。 ただし、歯ブラシなどのアメニティは設置されていないため、持参が必要です。とはいえ、近隣にはコンビニや薬局があるため、その点に関しては特に心配はありません。 一般的なホテルと異なり、フロントにスタッフは常駐しておらず、チェックインは自分で暗証番号を入力して行う無人形式です。 事前にチェックイン方法について電話で問い合わせた際、対応してくださったスタッフの方は日本語があまり得意ではない印象でしたが、理解しようと真摯に対応してくださり、その姿勢は好印象でした。ただ、やり取りには少し時間がかかりました。 チェックイン前の荷物預かりなどのサービスはなく、ホスピタリティを重視される方にはやや不向きかもしれません。 とはいえ、客室の設備や清潔感には全く不満はなく、「ただ泊まる場所を探している」という方には非常におすすめできる宿泊施設です。"

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "
