"We were given a nice upgrade to the 18th floor, with excellent view. Thank you, staff! The valet parking worked well with courteous and efficient staff. The lobby was festive for the Christmas season. Mostly, we liked the convenience of being near Market Square. "

"This architectural gem was exceptional! We were here for 5 days over Christmas and it exceeded all expectations. Very comfortable, with thoughtfully curated furnishings throughout and everything you need. The bed I slept in was so comfortable that I’m thinking of buying one just like it for home. Candace went above and beyond to make our stay a delight. The holiday decorations and Christmas tree were a wonderful touch. We hope to stay here again whenever our travel takes us to Knoxville!"
