"The hotel is in a good location by a bus stop and beach. The pool was amazing and there was entertainment in the evenings. Although the room was spacious and well equipped with a useful kitchenette and large bathroom with plenty of hot water it was let down by the uncomfortable beds. We were on half board and although the breakfasts were excellent, the evening meals were not so as the hot dishes were only just warm, and the soups were tasteless. "I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bahia in May 2026. I really enjoyed the character of the hotel, particularly knowing that it is family-owned and was the first hotel ever built in Menorca. It gives the hotel a lovely sense of history and charm. They even gave me a lovely little keyring featuring the traditional Menorcan sandals, which was such a thoughtful touch and a nice keepsake from my stay. The location was excellent and made it very easy to get to and from Ciutadella, with great transport...

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful hotel, location is more so, lovely staff, food ok, but be aware than the beach is public, do you have your pay for beds and brollies, €22:50 per day which the hotel does not tell you about. Overall, really excellent. They need to improve on there sustainability as too many plastic water bottles everywhere, need water fountains and non plastic water bottles in the rooms. Their food (breakfast) needs to be hotter but the Mosaic breakfast was amazing, the Level breakfast was abit poor and not hot. Overall 9/10 for the most amazing location and views. Hotel just needs to work on a few little elements to be perfect."

"The hotel and gaff were amazing! Great location , couldn’t ask for more. Mirela and Sorya were extremely kind - thank you ! Only complaint is around the older plumbing. Could here neighboring guests when they do wild shower or use the restrooms from our room."

"Great check-in, smooth, friendly and sharp. The hotel complex was clean and well maintained. There is a small supermarket on site which has most of the things you would need. Lots of families and kids, all well behaved! So it felt a nice atmosphere. Beautiful beach nearby approx 5 min walk with a couple of restaurants at either end of the beach. Apartment itself was nice and AC cooled, pre-equipped with pots and utensils, a dual hob, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer. The only issue was no oven, but the rest was adequate. Overall, we will be back!"

"I have never loved a hotel more. The staff are constantly trying to make sure you have the best day of your life. The facilities are gorgeous, the room is comfortable and clean, the food is amongst the best on the island and the spa is top notch. I absolutely loved my stay and I will come back! Special thanks to the concierge also who went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend"
