The condition of the property did not meet expectations. I checked in a day late due to flight delays and was unable to receive any compensation for the missed night. Upon arrival, the unit had an unpleasant odor. There were only four full-size towels provided for three adults, and no hand towels or washcloths were available. Although I requested additional towels, none were delivered until the fifth day of our stay, forcing us to purchase our own.
The unit was also insufficiently stocked with basic supplies. Only 3.5 rolls of tissue were provided, and we had to purchase more. In addition, the property had a pest issue. We encountered a total of five lizards inside the unit—one coming through the tub drain and another found in the kitchen sink—as well as a cockroach. Maintenance did not come to spray until our fourth day.
There were also significant water issues throughout our stay. We lost water for several hours on approximately four different occasions during our 6–7 day visit. At checkout, we were charged an additional $200 for the electricity bill, which we felt was excessive and unreasonable.
We was granted a late checkout of 1.5 hrs for no additional charge.
Overall, this property had numerous issues, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend it.
