"We stayed for 1 night. Were notified 2 days before that reception and restaurant would be closed (wish that would be more clearly communicated at the time of booking). Arrived on Monday night and self-check in with no issues. Had to drive 10 km to the nearest open restaurant to get food. There were no vending machines on site and no way to get any food or water, no grocery stores in the area were open. Also, WiFi stopped working in the middle of the evening. We reached out to the host but got no response. On the positive side, the views from the 2 balconies were absolutely stunning and the property was clean and well maintained."

"We had an amazing stay at Pension Bertha! The location is fantastic, and while the room was on the smaller side, it was more than enough for what we needed. The real highlight was the balcony the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the whole place smelled wonderful. The owner, Frank, was exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel right at home. Having free parking on-site was a huge convenience as well. Breakfast was €18 per person and well worth it. Highly recommended!"

"Such a gorgeous view of land and mountains - and the trains quietly go by! Clean, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, great bathrooms, and what an outdoor patio! We were arriving late at night so I called the hotel and they made arrangements to leave our key card in an outdoor safe with a code - it was so helpful! Breakfast was outstanding with a cappuccino machine, an incredible fruit bar, yogurt station, and delicious scrambled eggs and bacon, and all kinds of breads. Close drive to Leogang Bike Park which was exactly what we needed. Thank you, Fairhotel Hochfilzen - we wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Our reception with Melinda and Kevin was the best one on our three week trip through Europe. Kevin helped us with our luggage and they served us welcome drinks. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. Breakfast included ample juice and jams made by Kevin. They also had lift tickets for us and made one of our last night’s stay the best. Thanks, Kevin and Melinda. "
