Natural surroundings, with sunny garden seating area and beautiful pine woods. Also a paradise for pets. Practical and easy-care wooden furniture. Free view to the Seehorn and Spillgerten. Large store room for skis and two parking spaces in garage (no. 9 + 11).
Living room with sofa which converts into a conventional bed (160x200cm), TV, telephone, radio and WiFi. Open-plan kitchen among other things furnished with refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine with capsules (Delizio) as well as a fondue- and raclette-set. Bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a bunk bed (2x90x200cm), can be separated by a folding door. Bathroom with shower/WC.
INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, WiFi, two garage parking spaces, parking, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax.
