"Wonderful penthouse with enormous views of the mountains from the balcony and living room! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Ski lockers close to the lifts a big plus! We never had to carry our equipment to the apartment. Really good central location, close to shops and restaurants. We only wished we would have booked a longer stay."

"The person managing this property was very invasive. Visiting my house multiple times per day as well as watching the cameras excessively. Made me feel very uncomfortable, the property is also very far from city centre (20 min walk) Would not stay here again."

"The place is currently 20 feet from a major construction site (Next Door). The construction workers started everyday at 7:00 AM and lasted almost until 7:00 PM (19:00). In the morning you get "wiped off your bed". We think that it is very unfair that the responsible for this site posting did not indicate anything. No one wants to go to the Swiss Alps to be bothered with heavy noise everyday. We complained about it at the local tourist office where we have been informed that this construction is...

"Property is not accessible through road as it is on the hill and no road is leading to there. You have to take the Gornergrat train for one station to reach the property. Ticket cost is CHF17 one way which is quite costly. Flat 16 does not have any view to Matterhorn so avoid booking this one to avoid disappointment. Flat is clean and properly manager is very helpful. "
