"the hotel is next station to take train to Zermatt, very convenient. The wifi was extremely weak. There is not much in the area besides hotels and few restaurants in the hotels. But it is a good location to explore zetmatt and the alps"

"Perfect Location with Incredibly Friendly Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bahnhof! The location is unbeatable literally right across from the train station, which made traveling so easy. Despite being so central, I felt very safe, and it was just a short walk to plenty of great restaurants. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Yes, the room was on the smaller side, but it was spotless and well-organized. The bed and bedding, however, were incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient, safe, and cozy place with a personal touch, I highly recommend Hotel Bahnhof. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing stay. We got an upgrade to a larger unit, which was super large. Breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and helpful. We have two way transfer from station to hotel with our luggages on check in and out dates. Location is quiet and peaceful and a few minutes walk to the centre of village"

"We had a room with balcony facing Matterhorn. It was mesmerizing to sit at the balcony and enjoy the changing faces of the Matterhorn at different times. We were blessed with good weather during our stay. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly ad efficient. I enjoyed my stay there thoroughly."

"We were upgraded to the sister hotel down the street, which was new and had a great parking garage. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only issue, is these hotels were both on a main road. Not, overlooking a lake as portrayed. They were convienent to the train station to Zermatt. But, definitely more in a city than countryside. We also wished there were windows we could open. We had to keep our deck door open at night, which was a bummer because people kept smoking outside."

"Very cool hotel. Glass everywhere, so you get great views pretty much wherever you are. Many doorknobs and chandeliers are made with everyday objects which was funky and fun. When we arrived in our room, our luggage was already there after dropping off earlier in the day, and we had 2 chocolates and a mini prosecco on ice awaiting us. I enjoyed the spa but can see why some folks don't. Even if you're not into the pods (which were much more like an interactive art exhibit with meditative qualities), the sauna, cold plunge and outdoor hot tub are stellar. There were thoughtful touches everywhere from the fresh fruit and tea selection, to the racks to hang your robe/towel while you go from one station to the next. The real standouts here are the service and breakfast. This was easily the most welcomed we felt in our 9-day trip across Switzerland. The breakfast was a nice mix of self-service and full service with some menu items made fresh (e.g. pancakes, omelette, etc.). They had the best selection of fruit we encountered at any hotel, and the local baked goods were divine. My only complaints were the bed and pillows weren't comfortable for me, and the layout of the room meant the in-room bathroom wasn't as private as I would like because it's built as a sub-room inside the main living space, thus wasn't soundproofed. Could be awkward depending on who you're traveling with. All-in-all, a truly boutique and one-of-a-kind stay."
