The customer service at Expedia.com.my need upgrade.i not satisfied because the time I do transaction. There said that decline but u know my account have balance. Almost 1hour I deal with your foreign staff. Please prepare other solution for payment method. Example. Transfer to your company account and send slip to whatsapp or email. Easier to make online booking.wasted our time.dispointed.

Not a very good experience, i got a room with broken water heater knob which make it very difficult to take shower. The room also looks very run down with a broken bed side lamps. Check in was ok.

Not luxurious, but a nice clean room at a very reasonable price. The staff are very nice & helpful. If you are traveling to Sabak Bernam this is probably your best choice.

Room was very spacious but booking arrangement was terrible. I was told by the hotel there was no booking for me by Expedia, eventhough I booked a month earlier and confirmed by Expedia
