This is a great venue for families!

Really the only negative I can say about the resort is not having enough parking spaces which I know is not really in your control because of the high volume of people. Other than that I have an amazing stay like always do.

This hotel is fairly new, which is one reason i booked. We were going to the theme parks and the location was close. Check in was fine, and parking was fine. The elevators are located outside on each floor, so we walked from the lobby down the hall then outside to get on the elevator. Once we got to our floor we had to use our room key to get into the hall, while juggling our luggage. Our room was a king bed and sofa. There was no desk or coffe table. We brought food in and there was no where to set our food. The bathroom shower only had a half glass enclosure, no door and the sink was a long skinny rectangle. Since the faucet is in the middle it made face washing and tooth brushing a little challenging. Pillows were way too soft and fluffy, zero support. The worst part was every time someone open or closed a door near our room we could hear it, it echoed in the hall. We did not sleep at all.
