"We had a great trip, the property is beautiful, the pool is great, beach is nice. I think one of the best things was sitting on balcony with a drink and a book listening to the waves crashing. The food on the buffet is good, different items every night. Things that could improve, the amount of table service meals allowed on all inclusive plan, and one of the restaurants only had lasagna as the only entree available, so we canceled our reservation and went to the buffet."

"It’s a great basic hotel for the money. It’s not a bad deal but know that it’s basic. And for me it was expected in a small beach town of a Third World country. So there was nothing disappointing except for the Internet. I was completely lied to, and they tried to deceive me by telling me that I typed in the wrong Internet and finally when I told her why don’t you come to my room and show me because she said I can only access it from the room and not in the lobby. Then she finally admitted that there’s no Wi-Fi and they will fix it tomorrow. There was also the largest cockroach I’ve ever seen But again I imagine that’s something that is in a surprise in a town of a Third World country."
