"Hotel greeting and stay was excellent. Room was comfortable and quit. Pool and guest areas were clean and inviting Thank you. The Breakfast buffet was great, with plenty to choose from. The breakfast patio seating was great. The patio servers never once came to our table, my wife two year old and myself, just walked by and served everyone seated around us. Even after we went to the buffet and got our food and waited for them again to ask if we wanted any tasty coffee or water. I had to personally walk over to the servers station and pour two cups of tasty good morning coffee and water?? Servers did see me serving myself. Very sad Servers seem to have an issue acknowledging my wife, myself and our two year-old due to my wife being Haitian?. Disappointing Yes we will return to the Fiesta Dominicana Hotel.. maybe breakfast room service next time. "

"Hotel installation were great. Location is beyond perfect near to the must spectacular restaurant but besides doing check in on time room wasn’t ready and got to wait over an hour after a long day road trip. Hope they get more accurate about check in and providing guess room access. "

"Everything about my stay was excellent. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully remodeled. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The terrace and pool area are beautiful, and the gym and sauna facilities are a great added bonus. I truly enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Santo Domingo every time I travel to the Dominican Republic, especially when I’m there with the people I love. It always feels like a reliable and enjoyable experience."
