"The place was great. Very clean and safe.Beautiful well kept grounds of a property,nice pool and access to the ocean by the stairs. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. "Beautiful property in a convenient area as long as you have a car. The only complaint I have is about the staff. Most of the staff there seem annoyed when asked anything and were generally not very helpful. The office offers taxi scheduling services and I decided to use that for transportation to a prepaid cruise. I checked in with the staff in person and was told that my ride was CONFIRMED. After 15 minutes of waiting for my taxi later that day I went back to the office and was told that I should have confirmed with the girl that was there earlier and that I should have called as well (I called multiple times and did not receive an answer, hence why I confirmed in person). There was a seperate day that cleaning service came at 9AM and I asked them to come back the next day. They told me okay and two days passed without me hearing anything. I asked the office if I could get cleaning service to my room and they told me that they only clean on certain days but did not tell me what days. Really beautiful property and great area, the staff are the only reason for the lower rating."
