A highlight of our trip! Beautiful space, a convenient location, and staff who were both warm and wonderfully attentive. Our room was quiet with excellent light control, making it easy to rest. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up perfectly each day. Even when we needed help juggling luggage weight for our flight, the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!)
And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

"Las escaleras son muy incómodas. Los muebles de la cocina no encajan bien,uno se llegó a descolgar ,las sillas son incómodas. Los colchones de los sofás cama estaban sucios y uno de ellos no funcionaba, faltaban sábanas para el sofá cama. La cafetera italiana era pequeña y le faltaba el mango. El ..."
