Artist’s Condo+ GAME ROOM+Patio near UC Med Center

  • Only minutes away from shops, local breweries, the Golden 1 Center, Sac State University, major highways and bustling midtown; the UC Davis Med Center is walking distance. This is an eclectically decorated 2 story condo filled with art from local artists.

    The space
    This 2 story condo includes a private outdoor porch area, covered parking on site and an always fun game room complete with arcades and Super Nintendo nostalgia. Your booking actually helps real artists within the community! Their art is featured in the house and also available for purchase :)

    Other things to note
    Please note that the Condo has two parking spaces #165 and 164 which are next to one another.

    FRIDGE MAINTENANCE: We currently need the full fridge to get serviced. While we are still waiting for repairs, a MINI fridge has been placed onsite as a backup.
