I would highly recommend Hotel St. James to anyone travelling to NYC! The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and approachable throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and you can tell the property is well taken care of. I also really appreciated being able to safely store my luggage when I arrived early before check-in. The location is amazing - only about a two-minute walk from Times Square and conveniently located near many tourist attractions, whether you’re walking or taking the subway. Having Walgreens and Starbucks directly across the street was also super convenient. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

It was a great experience. Unfortunate;y, I left a ring in my room, and someone already checked into it by the time I realize it was missing. But the staff was super kind and understanding. . It was a clean and quiet room/ I had a great night's sleep. I love this hotel!

Great stay, hotel staff is welcoming. Room was larger than average and updated- just don’t get a room behind the elevator or you will hear it all night long

The staff at the hotel can’t do enough for you. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Great location and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of New York so we slept really well with no disturbances. Gym is quite small but is stocked with good equipment. Rooms are on the smaller side but this is New York so very expected. Loved the furnishings of the room, felt cosy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was solid but wish they had more hot options.
