"Some broken items in the room. Cabinet door, door latch, ice bucket, minor things like that. Breakfast was a bit pricey, but VERY good. Room cleaning service was spotty. We had to call for service twice in the 4 nights we were there because we were skipped over for service, even though we saw the room cleaners near our door each time we left in the morning. We were just "forgotten" I guess. We didn't require much, but it would be nice to have the coffee pods refilled. Staff was all VERY nice and helpful."

"The resort is nice. It has a nice pool area and a good gym. The rooms are spacious, but are tired and need renovation. It’s a perfectly nice resort but it is dated. Could also use better food options for dinner. "

"Hotel is clean, don’t get a room facing the front of the hotel, a surrounding buisness plays loud music all night. Staff could care less. "

"Room was nice. No ice was available during our stay and the management did not have any ice available at the front desk. Also on the last 2 nights, the adjoining rooms were loud late into the night. I don’t know if the management is asked to ignore these types of issues. We’ve stayed there previously and everything seemed better. It looks like the breakfast was a step down from what we had there before."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and was honestly disappointed with the condition of the room, especially considering the fees they charge. The space feels outdated and clearly overdue for a remodel. From worn furniture to aging fixtures, it’s obvious that little investment has been made in maintaining or upgrading the rooms. Even basic elements like the carpeting, lighting, and bathroom amenities felt tired and in need of attention. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made. "
