"The apartment was clean and had good amenities including washing and drying machines, fridge, dishwasher etc. However, the apartment requires some maintenance including fixing flooring, rerouting and sealing in the bathroom and fixing some of the trim around the walls/floors. Also it's kind of a noisy area. The walls and doors aren't very sound proof so be prepared for that. Otherwise though, a good experience"
