"Wir haben dieses sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Haus als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wanderungen gebucht. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und in der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Sehr gut hat uns auch die zum Teil überdachte Terrasse mit den entsprechenden Möbeln gefallen. Der Vermieter hat uns bei Ankunft sehr freundlich aufgenommen."

"Staf lady was psycho to me. They harass you at 9-10 in the morning for an 11 Am checkout before the checkout time. The rooms are outdated. The hotel is outdated and overpriced. When I complained to the lady about being harrassed (this happened on more than one stay there the same woman was completely nuts. Will never go back to this hotel. Very crazy staff person. "

"The house and location were fantastic. But unfortunately the house was still dirty from the previous tenants. Toilets not cleaned, stains on the mattresses, sand everywhere, cigarettes lying around (although no smoking), empty glass bottles lying around, and cooking utensils not cleaned. I tried to reach Novasol, after all circumstances I was finally listened to and fobbed off rudely. A day later a "cleaning team" came. This team consisted of one woman who was so rude and disrespectful that I...
